Mike Stengel is an Senior Associate at AeroDynamic Advisory, where he is responsible for research and analysis of aviation and aerospace markets for the firm’s clients and intellectual property. His particular area of focus is in the air transport manufacturing and Maintenance, Repair, & Overhaul (MRO) sectors.
Mike’s past projects have encompassed the commercial, military, business, and general aviation segments, along with various clients such as OEMs, operators, service providers, economic development agencies, and investors. Furthermore, Mike has contributed to projects in multiple disciplines, including market analysis, cluster development, customer satisfaction, transaction advisory, business process development, and service innovation.
Previously, Mike was an Associate at ICF International’s Aerospace & MRO consulting practice from 2014-2016. Prior to that, he interned at United Airlines in their San Francisco, CA engine and APU maintenance facility, as well as at AeroStrategy in 2011.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering (cum laude) from the University of Michigan, where he has also been an invited guest speaker, and is an FAA-licensed commercial pilot with an instrument rating.
