Business & General Aviation

Business & general aviation (BGA) has a diverse set of aircraft types, operators and missions, and unique geographical, political, and operational considerations. With vastly different drivers and requirements than commercial aerospace, we have focused on understanding the business and general aviation market at the mission and operator-type level. This deep insight allows us to advice aircraft OEMs, investors, MROs, and service providers across the BGA spectrum and provide them with actionable insights. As charter and fractional aircraft usage surged during the height of the pandemic, business aviation was hit by dramatically increased sustainability pressures, presenting clients with a turbulent forecasting environment. AeroDynamic Advisory focuses on scenario development and rigorous forecasting fundamentals to guide clients through the uncertainty.

Managing Directors Kevin Michaels and Richard Aboulafia will be publishing their insights on this topic in their forthcoming book, Time Machines: A Modern History of Business Aviation - to be published in 2025.
