Kevin Michaels is Managing Director of AeroDynamic Advisory, a speciality consulting firm focused on the global aerospace and aviation industries. He has 32 years of experience, including hundreds of consulting engagements for leading aviation and aerospace companies across the globe. Previously Dr Michaels was a Vice President with ICF International’s Aerospace & MRO consulting practice from 2011 – 2016. He was a co-founder and partner with AeroStrategy from 2001-2011, until its acquisition by ICF. Kevin is a globally recognized expert in the aerospace manufacturing and MRO sectors, and has significant expertise in business-to-business marketing, customer satisfaction, M&A advisory, technology assessment, cluster development, and strategic planning. His experience spans all major market segments, including air transport, business & general aviation, and military.
Jonas Murby is a Principal at AeroDynamic Advisory, a speciality consulting firm focused on the global aerospace and aviation industries. He has 17 years of experience, including more than 50 consulting engagements for leading aviation and aerospace companies across the globe. Earlier, Jonas was a Principal with ICF (formerly AeroStrategy), in United States, where he assisted a global set of MROs, OEMs and investors with market analysis, market strategy, transaction support and customer satisfaction.
Glenn McDonald is a Principal at AeroDynamic Advisory, a specialty consulting firm focused on the global aerospace and aviation industries. He has ten years of full-time consulting experience, working first at AeroStrategy, then at ICF International. Kevin Papak is a Associate for AeroDynamic Advisory, a specialty consulting firm focused in aerospace and aviation, and has over two years of experience in the industry. After brief consulting engagements in the telecommunications and auto industries, Kevin began his career in the aviation industry with GE Aviation as a member of their Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP). With GE Aviation, Kevin held roles ranging from Quality Engineer to Lean Specialist to Materials Leader, as well as a pilot engagement with GE’s Corporate Audit Staff (CAS).
Martha Neubauer is a Senior Analyst at AeroDynamic Advisory, where she conducts comprehensive market research for a broad range of aerospace engagements. Through consulting Boeing on a strategy for composite recycling, Martha developed a passion for aerospace. Martha then joined Boeing through their Engineering Career Foundation Program and gained experience in all stages of the product lifecycle, spanning both commercial and defense. While at Boeing, Martha built skills in manufacturing operations, market analysis, customer relations, interiors configuration, and new airplane development.
Klaus Mueller has over 29 years of experience as senior executive in multibillion dollar aerospace firms and actively managed several multimillion projects during his tenure. Klaus is an expert in both the OEM and MRO sectors of aerospace, and has deep functional expertise in marketing, strategy, technology and innovations. He serves on the advisory boards of Aviation Week Conferences and the Abu Dhabi Aviation Summit. Klaus holds a Master of Business and Mechanical Engineering from TU Darmstadt.
