Kevin Michaels is Managing Director of AeroDynamic Advisory, a speciality consulting firm focused on the global aerospace and aviation industries. He has 32 years of experience, including hundreds of consulting engagements for leading aviation and aerospace companies across the globe. Previously Dr Michaels was a Vice President with ICF International’s Aerospace & MRO consulting practice from 2011 – 2016. He was a co-founder and partner with AeroStrategy from 2001-2011, until its acquisition by ICF.
Jonas Murby is a Principal at AeroDynamic Advisory, a speciality consulting firm focused on the global aerospace and aviation industries. He has 17 years of experience, including more than 50 consulting engagements for leading aviation and aerospace companies across the globe.
Mechelle Mahnke is Consultant at AeroDynamic Advisory. She contributes to the firms development of intellectual property and conducts project research. Previously, Mechelle was the Senior Operations Manager for ICF International Aviation group and Operations Manager for AeroStrategy. Mechelle’s past project experience has involved cluster development, acquisitions, and market research.
Glenn McDonald is a Senior Associate at AeroDynamic Advisory, a specialty consulting firm focused on the global aerospace and aviation industries. He has five years of full-time consulting experience, working first at AeroStrategy, then at ICF International.
Michael Cisek is a Senior Associate at AeroDynamic Advisory, a specialty consulting firm focused on the global aerospace and aviation industries. Michael’s experiences have dealt with both commercial and military clients in activities such as program management, organizational change management, customer satisfaction, brand management and process improvement.
Mike Stengel is an Senior Associate at AeroDynamic Advisory, where he is responsible for research and analysis of aviation and aerospace markets for the firm’s clients and intellectual property. His particular area of focus is in the air transport manufacturing and Maintenance, Repair, & Overhaul (MRO) sectors.
Kevin Papak is a Senior Analyst for AeroDynamic Advisory, a specialty consulting firm focused in aerospace and aviation, and has over two years of experience in the industry. After brief consulting engagements in the telecommunications and auto industries, Kevin began his career in the aviation industry with GE Aviation as a member of their Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP). With GE Aviation, Kevin held roles ranging from Quality Engineer to Lean Specialist to Materials Leader, as well as a pilot engagement with GE’s Corporate Audit Staff (CAS).
James Power is an Senior Analyst at AeroDynamic Advisory, where he performs analysis and conducts research both for the firm’s clients and for its own intellectual property. He has worked with clients across multiple sectors of the aerospace industry, including major OEMs, their suppliers, and industry associations. James has previously spent time at two major jet engine manufacturers, Pratt & Whitney and GE Aviation, and he has two patents pending in jet engine thrust reversers from his work at Pratt & Whitney. He is also fluent in French.
Kieran Baack is an Analyst at AeroDynamic Advisory. He began working with the company in 2017, and in that time has provided analysis and research support for a wide range of projects and clients. Kieran has significant expertise in acquisition searches and due diligences and has also contributed to the firm’s internal development of intellectual property. He has additional consulting experience through his experience with the University of Michigan Center for Healthcare Engineering and Patient Safety, a healthcare operations consulting group.
Klaus Mueller has over 29 years of experience as senior executive in multibillion dollar aerospace firms and actively managed several multimillion projects during his tenure. Klaus is an expert in both the OEM and MRO sectors of aerospace, and has deep functional expertise in marketing, strategy, technology and innovations. He serves on the advisory boards of Aviation Week Conferences and the Abu Dhabi Aviation Summit. Klaus holds a Master of Business and Mechanical Engineering from TU Darmstadt.
