Managing Director
Kevin Michaels is Managing Director of AeroDynamic Advisory, a boutique consultancy focused on the global aerospace and aviation industries. He has 36 years of experience, including hundreds of consulting engagements for leading aviation and aerospace companies across the globe. Previously Dr Michaels was a Vice President with ICF International’s Aerospace & MRO consulting practice from 2011 – 2016. He was a co-founder and partner with AeroStrategy from 2001-2011, until its acquisition by ICF. Kevin is a globally recognized expert in the aerospace manufacturing and MRO sectors and has significant expertise in business-to-business marketing, customer satisfaction, transaction support, technology assessment, cluster development, and strategic planning.

Managing Director
Since 1988, Richard has tracked aircraft programs, markets, and companies as an analyst and consultant. He manages consulting projects in the commercial and military aviation field and analyzes broader defense and aerospace market and industry trends. He has advised numerous aerospace companies, including most prime and many second- and third-tier contractors in the US, Europe and Asia. He also advises numerous financial institutions on aerospace market conditions.
Richard is a Managing Director at AeroDynamic Advisory, a boutique aerospace and defense management consultancy headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Prior to joining AeroDynamic in January 2022, he was Vice President of Analysis at Teal Group. There, in addition to his consulting role, he wrote and edited Teal Group’s World Military and Civil Aircraft Briefing, a forecasting and analysis tool covering over 135 aircraft programs and markets. He is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.

Senior Advisor
Since 1989, Klaus Mueller has developed a broad experience as a senior executive in multibillion dollar aerospace firms and actively managing several multimillion projects during his tenure.
To date Klaus Mueller is Senior Advisor at AeroDynamic Advisory, a boutique consultancy for M&A, strategy and market analysis and technology evaluation – focused on aerospace industry. He is well connected with the Aero-Engine OEMs, MROs and the European aerospace clusters and their membership companies. He is also co-operating as senior advisor for Technology review and additive manufacturing institutes in Germany.
Prior to this, he was SVP Corporate Development at MTU Aero Engines, where he developed the strategy and headed all M&A activities of the corporate group. In his role, he was also responsible for business development in China and the Market Intelligence Group. For nearly 6 years he steered the long-term vision of MTU and developed the group to its excellent position of leadership in the aero engine market. During this assignment MTU grew from €2,5b to €3,7b revenue and signed agreements for many new programs of the next generation of jet engines with estimated sales of more than €50b during their program life.

Principal
Jonas Murby is a Principal at AeroDynamic Advisory, a speciality consulting firm focused on the global aerospace and aviation industries. He has 17 years of experience, including more than 50 consulting engagements for leading aviation and aerospace companies across the globe.
Earlier, Jonas was a Principal with ICF (formerly AeroStrategy), in United States, where he assisted a global set of MROs, OEMs and investors with market analysis, market strategy, transaction support and customer satisfaction.

Principal
Glenn McDonald is a Principal at AeroDynamic Advisory and has 11 years of full-time consulting experience, working first at AeroStrategy, then at ICF International. Glenn has managed many different types of engagements, covering corporate strategy development and execution, acquisition search and transaction support, market analysis, cost and performance benchmarking, technology assessment economic development, and regulatory analysis and development.
Glenn leads AeroDynamic Advisory’s transaction advisory and sustainability practices. Glenn is a graduate of the University of Michigan with both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Aerospace Engineering.

Principal
Mike Stengel has advised clients across the aerospace industry for 10 years, having led or contributed to over 100 consulting engagements covering business strategy, market analysis, & transaction advisory subjects, and also oversees AeroDynamic’s aftermarket-related intellectual property. He is a frequent guest speaker at industry conferences, universities, and company events, and also serves on the board of the Aerospace Industry Association of Michigan (AIAM). He is also an FAA-certified commercial pilot with an instrument rating and resides in Ann Arbor, Michigan with his husband.

Operations Director
In 2022, Charing Riolo joined AeroDynamic Advisory as the Operations Director and is responsible for leading the administrative and business operations, including human resources, finance, IT and event management. She brings a wealth of experience in business organization, processes, compliance, communication, and project management, to the company.
Charing spent 21 years at Intel Corporation, most recently as a Marketing & Communications Manager for the Health & Life Sciences Group. Her responsibilities included global communications and outreach for Intel’s health care initiatives, as well a liaison between Intel and its collaborators and organizations devoted to advancing independent living.
Over the years Charing secured 100s of keynotes for the executive team and drove Intel presence at an array of national and international conferences.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business with a focus on communications.

Senior Associate
Michael Cisek is a Senior Associate at AeroDynamic Advisory, a specialty consulting firm focused on the global aerospace and aviation industries. He spent 5 years as an active duty Naval Officer aboard a guided missile frigate (USS Crommelin) and a Nimitz-class aircraft carrier (USS Ronald Reagan).
At AeroDynamic Advisory, Michael has managed and supported projects covering transaction /M&A advisory, corporate strategy, economic development, market analysis and customer satisfaction. His primary focus has been military production and sustainment.
Previously Michael was a Program Manager with Parker Aerospace’s Hydraulic Systems Division, where he managed multiple programs, including the Embraer E-170/190 and AVIC MA-700.
Michael holds a BS from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from The University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

Senior Analyst
Andreana Izotov is a Senior Analyst at Aerodynamic Advisory, where she performs in-depth market research and analysis for a wide variety of companies and product segments within the aerospace industry and supply chain.
During her time with Aerodynamic she has gained extensive experience in modelling aircraft operating economics, sizing and forecasting complex markets, and profiling detailed supply bases. She is also familiar with transaction support and has aided in revenue forecasting and buy side commercial diligence.
Andreana graduated UPenn with a BSE in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on minor in Entrepreneurship.

Senior Associate
Martha Neubauer is a Senior Associate at AeroDynamic Advisory, where she conducts comprehensive market research, forecasting, and strategy development for a broad range of aerospace clients. Through more than 50 engagements, Martha has supported clients from tier 4 raw material providers through aircraft and engine OEMs, and across numerous sectors including, flight data services, advanced air mobility, MRO, and novel aircraft development. Martha’s areas of expertise are air travel demand forecasting and aviation sustainability, including the impact sustainability pressures and alternative propulsion will have on travel demand and aircraft supply.

Analyst
Taha is an Analyst at AeroDynamic and is responsible in-depth analysis on a broad range of aerospace engagements. During his undergraduate studies, Taha took on different internships in unique industries, such as IOT consulting, Finance, and Corporate Development at companies including BlueMetal Inc., BAE Systems, and Pacific Architects & Engineers (PAE). Within BAE Systems, Taha held multiple roles including, Business Development Intern and Lead Intern analyst in Urban Air Mobility.

Analyst
Max Weber is an Analyst at AeroDynamic Advisory and is responsible for comprehensive market research and analysis for aerospace engagements covering a variety of companies, products, and topics. While completing his master’s degree program at the University of Michigan, Max worked part-time with AeroDynamic, strengthening his knowledge in supply chain analysis and market sizing.
